Job Position – Customer Service Officer (Maker) for Mekelle IFB Branch

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration,Information Technology or any other equivalent fields
Experience : Zero (0) year of experience
Not more than 25 years of age (for external applicants)

Job Summary
The Customer Service Officer (Maker) is responsible to make front office customer service support at the branch. S/he will handle account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications and good command of the core banking system.
